Miami Body Wellness provides professional body wrap treatments and wellness services. All treatments are performed by trained professionals.
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings require advance scheduling
Payment is due at the time of service
We accept major credit cards and cash
Package purchases are non-refundable but transferable
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service price.
5. Health and Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions or concerns before treatment
Certain health conditions may preclude some treatments
We reserve the right to refuse service if deemed unsafe

Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellations
We understand that schedules can change. Please review our cancellation policy:
Standard Cancellations
24+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
12-24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee or reschedule with $25 fee
Less than 12 hours: Full treatment cost charged
No-show: Full treatment cost charged
Package Treatments
If you've purchased a treatment package:
Packages are non-refundable
Sessions can be rescheduled with 24+ hours notice at no charge
Late cancellations will forfeit that session from your package
Packages are valid for the time period specified at purchase

Late Arrivals
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling at our discretion, with charges applied.
